Discover your original Wholeness through natural meditation. Natural Meditation is a continuous journey and gateway to one’s original pure self. Meditation can help guide us through all the experiences of life both pleasant and unpleasant. We become more fully present with each moment of daily life and develop a compassionate understanding of how we relate to ourselves and others. Join us every other Thursday for a 1 hour weekly Meditation group to awaken mind, body, and spirit.

Renew Yoga Teacher Training
We are excited to announce our Spring 200 RYT Teacher Training Program/Yoga Immersion at Renew Yoga Studio in Downtown Daytona Beach. Teacher training at Renew Yoga will begin in March 2012.
Tuition is $1995 it includes your manual, unlimited classes at Renew Yoga throughout your training, and a great training experience. If you choose to do just the immersion and don’t want the certification, you can still participate and the cost is $1195 (this includes your manual and unlimited classes as well).
Upon completion, students will be eligible for certification with Yoga Alliance (RYT-200 hr level).
Class sizes will be limited as training will be very hands-on and personal.
Topics covered as per Yoga Alliance Guidelines include:
-Yoga Practice/Technique
-Teaching Methodology/Class Sequencing and Planning
-Anatomy and Physiology
-Yoga History, Philosophy, Lifestyle, and Ethics
-Teaching Practicum
-Class Observation of various yoga styles
Students will be proficient and confident to teach multi level yoga classes upon completion. For additional information and dates, go to Yoga Teacher Training Spring 2012.
