BEGINNERS YOGA - (Warm) Stacy

Beginners Yoga is a form of warm yoga that is ideal for the yoga beginner as well as the seasoned practitioner. Every Beginner Yoga class takes you through a series of strengthening and toning postures in the detoxifying calm of a heated studio.

BEGINNERS YOGA (Low Heat) Mary

This class will introduce you to the basic fundamentals of a Hatha practice. No experience necessary.

COMMUNITY CLASS (No Heat)
Saturday 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM

This class if offered at a discount rate of $5 encouraging anyone wanting to come try a class at a more affordable price. Basic Yoga class. All levels welcome.

MOKSHA FLOW (Warm) Mellony
Tuesday 6:15 AM - 7:15 AM
Tuesday 9:15 AM - 10:30 AM

This class flows through the Moksha standing series of the sequence linking each posture with a Sun Salutation. A beginner to intermediate class.

POWER FLOW (Warm) Melissa
Friday 5:30 PM - 6:45 PM

This is for the intermediate student that is familiar with Sun Salutations. It will be taught at a faster pace with minimal instruction.

This Power Yoga class is for the beginner student to the advanced student. The experience you will take from this class is sure to challenge your Mind and Body.

RUN or WALK GROUP
Saturday 7:15 AM - 8:00 AM

Run or Walk its your choice. Meets at the studio Saturday mornings. We leave at 7:15am sharp do a 2-3 mile loop. There is a optional $5 community class to follow. Come join us for a beautiful sunrise.

This class will allow you to go deeper into your Yin practice. It starts with 30-45 minutes of a rhythmic Vinyasa Flow to prepare the muscles and mind for a deep Yin practice. The last part of the class is focused on a true Yin style holding postures 3-5 minutes focusing on connective tissues.

YIN YOGA (No Heat)

This is a great practice that will be sure to send you home with a smile on your face. This class focuses on the connective tissue. Holding postures 3-5 minutes creating more space throughout the body.

YOGA POWER (Warm) Jules

This is Juless signature style. It is a vinyasa paced personal power class fusing the body and breath, inner strength, mindful movements and blending grace with flow. The focus is to impact ones entire being on and off the mat, developing the body, mind, heart and spirit.
