This class will allow you to go deeper into your Yin practice. It starts with 30-45 minutes of a rhythmic Vinyasa Flow to prepare the muscles and mind for a deep Yin practice. The last part of the class is focused on a true Yin style holding postures 3-5 minutes focusing on connective tissues.

This class flows through a Vinyasa Flow sequence following the traditional Sun and Moon Salutations. Focusing on balance, breath, and strength.

This class incorporates asanas(postures) from the lineage of Calcutta into a continuous flow(vinyasa).It is a vigorous class, combining upper body strength, flexibility and cardio. Designed for all levels with the first part of class always being the same flow and ending with specific areas of focus..ie hips, backbends etc.

Yin Yoga focuses on the deep tissue found in the body. This practice is a Gentle Yoga with long holds that are necessary to effect the Connective Tissue being targeted in this type of practice. Yin Yoga can improve flexibility and strengthen bones.
